Parkeringsplatser/parking lots

För att få hyra parkeringsplats gäller följande

  • Våra 5 p-platserna är i första hand avsedda för våra lokalhyresgäster
  • Skulle ingen lokalhyresgäst ha hört av sig med intresseanmälan ges platsen i första hand till andelsägare boende i fastigheten och i andra hand till hyresgäst boende i fastigheten och i tredje hand till intressenter utanför vår fastighet
  • Bil ska vara registrerad på andelsägaren alt. hyresgäst
  • Kontrakt skrivs för 1 år 
  • Hyran är f.n. 1 450 kr/månad
  • Skulle det finnas fler än en intressent lottas platsen ut på föreningsstämma i maj

Parking lots
To rent a parking space, the following applies

  • Our 5 parking lots are primarily intended for our commercial tenants
  • Should the commercial tenants show no interest, the place is given primarily to unit holders living in the property and secondarily to tenants living in the property and thirdly to persons outside our property.
  • Car must be registered with the unit holder alt. tenant
  • Contract is written for 1 year
  • The rent is currently SEK 1,450 / month
  • Should there be more than one interested party, the lot will be drawn at the yearly meeting in May
